Valentine, baseball legend and former Texas Rangers manager, founded Bobby V’s in the 1980s.
After starting a great idea and building it, Bobby sold the Arlington location in 2008 to now owner
and general manager Dennis Stanczak, who has built the Arlington destination to be the big destination
and fan home away from home that it is today.
“We are honored to be one of the busiest sports
experience dining destinations in the country,” says Dennis. “Our guests have been having a
great time with us, and especially now with the incredible number of national and international
level attention sports events in every sport!”
The Bobby V's menu is loaded with flavor and
fun. Great home cooking is at the core of the menu, with Hall of Fame Dinner faves like the House
Special Sirloin, Classic Country Fried Steak, Major League Burgers, Gourmet Pasta Dishes, and much
