Bobby Valentine, baseball legend and former Texas Rangers manager, founded Bobby V’s
in the 1980s. After starting a great idea and building it, Bobby sold the Arlington location in
2008 to now owner and general manager Dennis Stanczak, who has built the Arlington destination to be
the big destination and fan home away from home that it is today.

The Bobby V's menu is loaded with
