Bobby Valentine, baseball legend and former Texas Rangers manager, founded Bobby V’s in the 1980s. After starting a great idea and building it, Bobby sold the Arlington location in 2008 to now owner and general manager Dennis Stanczak, who has built the Arlington destination to be the big destination and fan home away from home that it is today.
“We are honored to be one of the busiest sports experience dining destinations in the country,” says Dennis. “Our guests have been having a great time with us, and especially now with the incredible number of national and international level attention sports events in every sport!”
The Bobby V's menu is loaded with flavor and fun. Great home cooking is at the core of the menu, with Hall of Fame Dinner faves like the House Special Sirloin, Classic Country Fried Steak, Major League Burgers, Gourmet Pasta Dishes, and much more.
